By accessing or using this app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app provides CrestVale company information, employer and partner enquiry channels, and authorised operational tools. Public information in the app is not a recruitment advertisement, job offer, employment contract, immigration advice or guarantee of placement.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and use only the access assigned to you. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not misuse the app, interfere with its security or operation, access data without permission, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, scrape restricted content or use the app to violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Any recruitment or workforce engagement is governed by separate written agreements and applicable law. CrestVale’s stated model is employer-funded, and no placement fee is charged to workers. Regulated recruitment activity is performed only through appropriately licensed partners in the relevant jurisdiction.

The app may rely on third-party hosting, authentication and communication services or link to external websites. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

We may maintain, update, suspend or change app features when reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided on an “as available” basis. CrestVale is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may restrict or end access where an account violates these terms, threatens security or no longer requires authorised access. You may stop using the app at any time and may request account deletion.
